Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Chase's Guitar Academy and JazzMemes.org ("CGA," "JazzMemes," "we," "us," or "our") through our websites www.jazzmemes.org and www.skool.com/cga (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you may not use the Site.
1. Subscription Memberships and Courses
JazzMemes and CGA offer subscription memberships and courses for jazz guitar education. By purchasing a subscription membership or enrolling in a course, you agree to abide by the terms outlined herein.
2. Automatic Charges
Upon purchasing a subscription membership, you authorize JazzMemes and Chase's Guitar Academy the right to automatically charge your chosen payment method every month or year, depending on your selected monthly or annual plan. You agree that these charges will continue until you cancel your subscription in accordance with our cancellation policy. Annual Plans do not have a refund because members choose to receive a discount in exchange for their commitment to the program.
3. Refund Policy
By purchasing a course or subscription you agree to complete all lessons and course work before asking or receiving a refund. All refunds are conditional on you showing that you have done the work, including watching all lessons and finishing course assignments.
4. Image and Likeness Release
By participating in JazzMemes or CGA classes, workshops, or events, you grant Chase's Guitar Academy the right to use your image and likeness in class recordings, promotional materials, and marketing efforts, without any further approval or compensation required.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to sell, distribute, or otherwise copy any material from within JazzMemes and Chase's Guitar Academy, including but not limited to course content, videos, instructional materials, and downloadable resources. Unauthorized use of CGA materials will result in termination of your membership and legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available on JazzMemes and Chase's Guitar Academy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and video clips, is the property of Chase's Guitar Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any content from CGA without prior written permission from us.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JazzMemes, Chase's Guitar Academy, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any content available on or through the Site.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
